My yoga Journey
Began in 1999 as a Security Forces member on an overseas deployment while serving in the Air Force.
I turned to Yoga.
The profound impact the practice instilled imprinted my spirit.
Years Later....
While perusing certification; My children's enthusiasm & eagerness to join me in yoga inspired me to understand the benefits of yoga for all ages.
Family yoga became a daily norm, leading me to establish SWYM (Southwest, Yoga & Meditation)
