SWYM aims to help Students identify, recognize, & manage stress, improve coordination, concentration as well as develop a resilient mindset that extend far beyond their yoga practice!!

60 min sessions/workshops are specifically tailored to address:
Parents/caregivers receive a summary at the completion of each session.
We accept Class Wallet, Square and Zelle, cash app, etc.. Families utilizing the Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA) can find yoga listed in the physical education category.
